AedisHub Community Guidelines
Welcome to the AedisHub community. Our goal is to create a constructive, professional and safe environment for all users. These guidelines define rules for publishing content and participating in the community.
1. Who can publish what?
The ability to publish content varies based on your profile:

All Registered Users: Can participate in Forum discussions respecting the rules below.

Verified Professionals: In addition to the Forum, can request to publish technical articles and case studies in our blog. This content is subject to prior approval by the AedisHub editorial staff.

Commercial Partners (Suppliers, Law Firms, Insurances):
Can publish content in their dedicated showcase and submit articles, product news and press releases. All Partner content is subject to prior approval.

Trade Associations:
Have access to a dedicated section to publish official communications, normative updates and news for the sector.
2. Rules of Conduct and Prohibited Content
It is strictly forbidden to publish content that:

Are promotional and not informative:
Content must not be mere advertising. It must offer real value to the community (tips, technical explanations, normative insights).

Contain direct contact data:
It is not allowed to insert phone numbers, emails or links to personal websites in the body of forum messages or articles.
- Are offensive, defamatory or discriminatory.
- Violate copyright or third party privacy.
- Are off-topic compared to the section in which they are published.
3. Moderation Process

Prior Approval:
All content of articles, news and Partner showcases are reviewed before publication. AedisHub reserves the right to reject or request modification of any content.

Reporting and Subsequent Intervention:
Posts in the forum are published immediately, but the community can report them. Content that violates these guidelines will be removed promptly.

Consequences:
Repeated violation of guidelines can lead to limitation of account features or permanent suspension.
